Sorry to disappoint, but using this company was a very bad choice. As most of us are typically afraid of is when we hire people to handle tough jobs like this then fall prey to aggressive sales tactics and huge add-ons. Looking back, we should have done more research before choosing this company. Take my lesson learned and just be very careful and make sure if you go with them to get EVERYTHING in writting.
