Now under new ownership which no longer honors previous onwers warranties...if any...poor, poor customer service. Really unfortunate that I would no longer use them to trun a screw let alone protect my home. more

BEST SERVICE EVER! 1/23/2012

These people were amazing and understanding! We had a major fox den problem 2 feet from our back door and they were able to help us!!! Our dog was injured from this and it was quite disconcerting....they came early/late/etc....whenever we needed them and took care of it....HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

These are the folks to call! 8/30/2011

Having discovered a squirrel nesting under a roof overhang on our home, we determined we needed professional help. Fortunately, we were led to A All Animal Control. They responded promptly, performed a thorough assessment of our the house to determine whether we had other invasions beyond what we had noticed, and got to work right away. Jeff was communicative, understanding, helpful, and encouraging throughout. Additionally (and this was important to us), A All demonstrated their commitment to being kind to the animals during the process. After determining we were under no further threat of invasion, Jeff expertly performed repairs/modifications on the house to mitigate further problems. A All Animal Control is a winner in our book, and we highly recommend them. Heaven forbid we should ever require animal control services again - but if we do, we'll call A All Animal Control! more

Squirrels have driven our dog and us crazy for years. Calling A All Animal was the best thing I ever did! They are true professionals in every sense of the word! Wish we had called them years ago! Treat the squirrels humanely, but started trapping them the very first day. I thought we had one or two. But we just kept catching them much to my surprise. And Jeff came out faithfully every day to pick them up. And he was very good about being sure our sneaky dog didn't escape the back yard when he came out . A All IS THE BEST !! more

Saved My Garden 8/19/2011

I was extremely frustrated by the damage being done to my property by a pocket gopher. Unable to eliminate the animal myself using commercial products, I called A All Animal Control. Jeff presented an approach, re-evaluated the animal's movements several times and the problem was taken care of in a week. Very efficient and safe. Job well done! Wish I would have used this company sooner. Save yourself the headache and call Jeff. more

A All Animal Control to the Rescue 8/2/2011

A All Animal Control came to my house in the middle of the night (early morning actually) to get a bat out of my bedroom. Karen was calm and reassuring on the phone and said that Jeff would be there to help ASAP. (they work 24/7). Jeff arrived and within minutes he had the bat out of my house and safely in a tree. Jeff is my hero, in fact he is my Batman!! :) Thanks to Karen and Jeff and A All Animal Control!! You guys are awesome. more

DEFRAMATION OF A ALL ANIMAL CONTROL 3/22/2011

This was a customer of A All Animal Control who filed a complaint with the BBB over waiting 5 months after we performed her service to state that it did not work. The BBB found favor to our company and closed the case due to A All Animal Control trying to resolve the issue with the client and the client denied us to do so. The 2nd comment here is from her neighbor who states she was there everytime we came to the property. This is not true. A All Animal Control has numerous references for you to call to check us out. This is just one customer who is upset because the BBB did not side with her lies. We are a A- rating with the BBB. DO NOT BELEIVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. Mention this post and get 20% off of your services so A ALL ANIMAL CONTROL can prove we exceed all expectations. God Bless!!! more

AGREE with the above person on finding another company! 3/20/2011

I AGREE! PLEASE don't buy the bull from this company....it's a money making scam. I more recently filed a BBB complaint and during the cont.' of rebuttals thru the BBB, I alsd found that they are even more deceiving and full of BS, It was unreal! Apparently, I have been the ONLY one to make a complaint. Clearly, I am not......If only more consumers would step-up to the plate and would file complaints with the BBB there would be more backbone to the justification for the complaints. ABSOLUTELY, Lesson Learned! I own my own business and I Would Never lie, jive or conive my clients!! more

Find someone else.... very much not recommended 2/12/2011

Sorry to disappoint, but using this company was a very bad choice. As most of us are typically afraid of is when we hire people to handle tough jobs like this then fall prey to aggressive sales tactics and huge add-ons. Looking back, we should have done more research before choosing this company. Take my lesson learned and just be very careful and make sure if you go with them to get EVERYTHING in writting. more
