Appt. was at 10:15am, only waited 15 - 20 min to be called back. Mouth was numbed immediately but dentist did not start work on me until 12:05pm. I was numb & waiting in the chair for 1 1/2 hours before any work was done on me. Overbooking seemed to be the problem.
