Back in early January my cable came off for the 3rd time in as many weeks. I had been calling another company, but on the third time, I decided to try someone new after spending over $900 with that other company. A friend recommended this company so I gave them a call. A couple of guys came out and between the two of them they quickly identified the real problem and were able to fix it for very little. After the other company said I needed a new roller thing that the cable rolls up on, a new bar, new rollers, new this and new that... it all came down to the track needed to be moved out so the cable didn't catch it when the door went up. I probably didn't need any of that other stuff. I've waited until now to post a review to make sure that their service actually fixed the problem, and it did. Less than $100 they fixed it, where for over $900 the other guy couldn't figure it out. Don't waste your time or money. I highly recommend calling AGS.
