When we moved here about 7 years ago our State Farm Agent was in Chicago. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years and never knew our agent. We stopped in and Ilene and the ladies in the office made us feel very welcome. It is so refreshing to know who to call whenever you have a question about your policy! They answer the phone quickly and politely and always have or find the answer you need.
