Possibly the pettiest people I have ever dealt with. After receiving a voice mail from them in regards to our policies, they proceeded to not hang up phone and they message went on and both the agent (Ilene ) and her assistant Sandy kept the conversation going about us in the fact that our previous agent must be laughing now because in there words, we always lapse on our policies, which we do not. The conversation also went on not about us but other customers they have as well doing the same thing. To me this is totally unprofessional and disrepectful. We have since cancelled all of out State Farm policies because of this, and when we called to inform them of this, there was not a hint of sincerity, and that the agent would not even speak to her assosicate about this. We were told that ""people are human and that they make mistakes"". Well the mistake that they made cost them clients and commission upon policy renewal. Customer Service - Not at this place. If you are a customer of them, imagine what they say about you!!!!!! Think about it.
