If you love your dogs and you want a good haircut, DO NOT take them to Heritage in Aurora! I took both my dogs there. We used to take them to another place and we decided to give Heritage in Aurora a try since it is closer to our home. One of my dogs is a yorkie and I had being growing his hair for a while so he would look like a yorkie and we wanted to give him a nice “specialty cut” so he would look nice for the holidays. When I got to Heritage I spend at least 15 minutes talking to the ladies at the front desk, explaining what we wanted for Louie, we even looked at some pictures in a magazine! They also told me that since what I wanted was a ""specialty cut"" it was going to cost me $20 more. I agreed because based on what we talked, it sounded great. My husband picked both our dogs and he even gave the ladies a generous AND THEN he saw our dogs. He was immediately disappointed! When he got them in the car, he realized they had not even cut their nails! So he had to go back and the ladies said they had forgotten. I wish I cut post a picture of my dogs. They almost shaved Louie!!! It is horrible AND may I remind you we actually had to pay extra! When I called the manager she asked me to bring him back so she personally could ""fix it"". There is NO HAIR left for them to fix anything!!! My dog is a yorkie that looks like a hairless Chihuahua now!!! They have being the most difficult and inconsiderate people I have dealt with. Lack of customer service, terrible experience, worst ""hair cut"" EVER!!! Would not recommend it! \r
