My experience is very similar to the other reviews. The positive review must be involved in the company. It has been well over 3 weeks since we first made an appointment to get out dishwasher fixed. After 2 canceled appointments, the tech finally arrived in a rush to get out and said he couldn't fix it. After he spoke with Whirlpool, he miraculously fixed it, but it only worked 3 times afterward. We then tried to reschedule and they made an appointment a week later. I spent my entire afternoon at home waiting for them and no one ever arrived. I also called the office numerous times and asked them to give me an update. When I called a little before 5, the office vmail was on & they closed at 4. No one ever showed, so I called first thing Monday to make sure we would be the first appt. of the day. Not only were we not the first appt. of the day, but we had to reschedule the appt. altogether & the first they had was 3 days later. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she wasn't in, but the phone operator said she would call me back ASAP. The supervisor never called me back and I called the office 4 times to try and reach her; she was never in the office... what a posh job she has! I finally got a call back 36 hours later from the supervisor, Susan, and she was incredibly unhelpful and said she was now booked all week. They are the most unprofessional company that puts their customers LAST... I can't imagine how they stay in business! If your appliance company recommends A & R to do your repairs,save yourself the heartache & run in the other direction!
