The staffers at Wine Country Pet Resort were quite friendly and amicable. However when it came to dealing with owner/operator Phyllis, that was when the real headaches began. She was rude on the telephone, impersonal as well as making bizarre rules about the charges for boarding. Simply because of Phyllis' demeanor I'm fairly certain I will not take my dog back. Other than that, my dog was well taken care of and happy when I came to pick him up.
