At first I was so excited to move into Anchor Village because they are undergoing a major rehab and usually that means better service as well since the product is getting upgraded as well, not so much. Just this week my car was broken into and the reaction or lack of reaction was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. No one in the office seemed to care, I don't expect them to run out catch the person, do night patrols or anything like that just acknowledge that something unfortunate happened and at least try to make it better in someway. Most of the time all people really need is to know there concerns are being heard but not hear they seem to not care at all the only person that seems to ever care is Linda the rest seem to just want everyone to ""go fly a kite"". Not good would not recommend this place after my experiences thus far. Oh and prior to this I had a few maintenance issues that took 4 times to be fixed and prior to the fix they tried to make it sound like it was my fault, again if it had been my fault at least try not to convey that to me I'm the customer, client, resident and one of those who helps put that paycheck in your pocket show some respect.
