The first instructor showed up 30 minutes early then only took my daughter out for an hour and a half each lesson. Once I called we got an extra lesson added. She also told her wrong information about left turning on a green light when there is no designated turn lane.

Thank you for your review. It is our intend to provide unsurpassed customer service along with great driver training. We hope that the extra 2 hours you recieved compensated for the one hour that the instructor lacked. We do once again apologize for this serious oversight on our instructors part. We have instituted several fail safe mechanisms as to avoid this type of incident in the future. We are now requiring all start and finish times to be initialed by the student driver on a form created for this purpose as well as a courtesy call to the student drivers upon the completion of the lesson in order to check on the satisfactory performance of the instructor. You have every right to expect the best for the money that you spend and we understand and appreciate this!. As far as the left turn issue will you please call the office as I would like to obtain clarification on the exact nature of what you have mentioned.
