I am not a new patient however the appointment today was for my son. We originally had an appointment today at 2:30 we were called by the doctors office in the morning to see if we could come in earlier. I agreed to 1:00. We waited till 2:25 and still were not seen. I did complain to the front desk staff who really didnt seem to care at all. I told her that we had been waiting well over an hour and we were leaving so she said "" Ok See ya"" Based on this I will now be looking for a new doctor for me and my son.
