As usual, Alla is wonderful. Had such a relaxing facial and neck and shoulder massage. Alla is the best. Also, the front desk personnel have greatly improved their attitudes...no longer cold and distracted. I was greeted in a very friendly fashion and the women who checked me out was genuinely nice and helpful...really helped the overall experience.
