My daughter experienced the Glacial Meltdown with Carter and I had the Extremities First with Maria. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I felt like I had melted to the table by the time Maria finished working on my feet, arms, shoulders, face, and head. I plan on making this a monthly treat!! My daughter's word for the experience was 'awesome!' She went in with extremely tight muscles and lower back pain. She came out refreshed and feeling fabulous! We'll definitely be back!! Thanks
