Honestly, while I lived at Cambridge Landing I didn't have any bad experiences except for an ancient heater. My problems came after I moved out. I always make it a point to clean my apartment before I leave because I don't want to leave a disgusting impression. I wish I would have taken pictures to prove that I had cleaned. I never would have thought that they would clean my already clean apartment and then charge me for it. They charged me:
toilet- $10.00
tub-$20.00
refrigerator- $40.00
dishwasher-$10.00
trash removal- $60.00
As I stated earlier, I had already cleaned everything. The last indignity was that they handed me over to a collections agency without notifying me. IF YOU MOVE IN, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
