BEWARE!!! If I could rate them ZERO STARS, I would!
I have used this place on and off for years, and it seems about once per year I have a big issue with them...ruining some article of clothing.
The last episode was a POLO white dress shirt, which came back with a HUGE stain on the sleeve...definitely NOT there when I brought it to them. Not only did they deny any responsibility, they had the audacity to say for them to try to remove it would be an extra charge!
I will NEVER return to them again...I will hand wash before going to Washington Cleaners!
