If you are a subcontractor do not expect to be paid in a timely manner. Ask anyone who has worked for them in the past. No one does a job twice, because they will not pay you. You will have no choice but to file a lien on the owner of the business or home.
If you are the recipient of the lien you will unfortunately have irreparable damage done to your credit score.
