My wife went in today and the lady was the rudest and most demeaning I've ever come across. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! I told my wife she should have told her to ""F"" off and give our business to someone else. As I look at other ratings, this seems to be a pattern. UPS Corporate needs to be informed about this lack of customer service - it's giving them a bad name.
