After being dropped by the first tech from Best Buy, the second one called (University TV Techs) called today to tell me they would not be able for a service call on the day I had set up with Best Buy, but told me that I would have to work around ""their"" schedule!! This company should be run out on a rail with that kind of rude behaviour. No way will I even use the words customer or service when describing this company! They are just one more example of why you should shop around! I am on the phone hoping to get a tech that actually does know what they are doing with both the product and the client. This company won't get a dime from me!
