I can't tell you how incredibly bad the service is from this company. They never respond to emails. I have on more than one occasion had to contact the owner of the company himself to get issues resolved. There isn't enough room here to list every problem I have had with these people but it ranges from billing problems to actually understanding how to do lawn service. The latest issue came up when I signed up for fall cleanup services. They were to come 2 times between Oct 15th and Nov 20th to remove leaves. On Oct 30th, they had not shown up yet for the 1st time. I looked at my account online and confirmed that they had received my request for services and were indeed showing that none of the services had yet been completed. I sent an email asking for them to confirm the dates when the services would be completed. They never got back to me but sent people the next business day to blow the leaves. Then sent me an email saying they had completed the fall cleanup service (not having completed the 2nd leaf removal service date). I responded by email stating that they need to complete the second service date and have received no response. This is just one example. The list is endless.
