I came in for an eye brow waxing and got more than I wanted. The lady doing my waxing just started waxing my lip. There was no confirmation of what I was there for that day or asking just the brow, this would have helped. I have not waxed my lip before because there is no need. The lady tells me, "I am so sorry but now we have to wax it". Followed by, "don't worry I won't make you pay for it" This was not the service I wanted nor am I used to. I understand accidents happen but not when it has to do with someones face.
