First visit at First Impressions. Of course, a bit concerned switching hairdressers. The building is warm and welcoming, and you quickly feel comfortable. Nicky was excellent. She listened to everything I said and then did a cut that I love! She took the time to show me how to best blow dry it. And, she was very knowledgeable about the products...not in a salesy way, but explaining how the products are made and which would work better for me than others. Absolutely going back!
