On Friday (10-07-'11) I detected a leaking pipe in a dining room baseboard heater. I phoned your service and was assigned a house call for later that day. Shortly after, the situation became more serious and you sent a plumber ASAP. The service technician, Andy Venzke, was professional, tidy and courteous.
