They made huge PIN HOLES on my clothes!! They are rude. We have to pay first when we give them our clothes, and I saw how they treat people clothes...they throw roughly into the bins and don't even tell us what time we can pick up. AND no ""thank you"". I just picked my clothes up now and they made huge holes on my expensive hemp pants. They don't even know how to treat the clothes. They don't care because they get the money first. I cannot believe there are the people who put the five stars on this store. They might be family, or friendd, or even owner self that can put the rate five stars.
