Y Pay More Dry Cleaners

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. \r \r NEVER EVER go to this place. I had very terrible experience here. \r \r I dropped off my blankets and comforters 2 days ago and I picked it up today. \r \r They just put plastic seal over my sheets and didn't even wash them.\r \r There was dog hair all over it and still stains all over it. It felt very dusty and I see dust all over the blankets and comforters. It smelled very bad too. But they insisted that they washed it so well. I even asked for receipts but owner didn't want to give it to me. \r \r Even her employees were avoiding me because i asked them if they saw her washing it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. VERY BAD. more

I have been going to this dry cleaner for 2 years. There prices are reasonable and the quality is average. The place is just convenient for me and I use it to launder my husbands business shirts only. For the first time I dropped off two shirts and the cost was only 5.00, I only had my debit...my bill is usually higher so I did not think to have cash on me (they have a policy you must spend more than 5.00 if you use debit or credit). I was willing to come back with cash as not to get charged their 1.00 extra per garment for not pre-paying. The guy said this one time would be acceptable but next time they would have to charge me. When I came back to pick up the garments, the lady argued I owed them 2.00 and that it was explained to me I would owe that. Really??!!!, I know what I was told ...and I can see if I was a repeat offender this happening. I even had they guy clarify I would not be charged when I left. She was clearly aggravated with me...this is the last time for me. more

They made huge PIN HOLES on my clothes!! They are rude. We have to pay first when we give them our clothes, and I saw how they treat people clothes...they throw roughly into the bins and don't even tell us what time we can pick up. AND no ""thank you"". I just picked my clothes up now and they made huge holes on my expensive hemp pants. They don't even know how to treat the clothes. They don't care because they get the money first. I cannot believe there are the people who put the five stars on this store. They might be family, or friendd, or even owner self that can put the rate five stars. more
