This is one of the most troubling companies I have encountered in Miami. I recently closed on a home. The inspection revealed a cracked window upstairs in the bathroom. The previous owners hired Home Sales in Miami to replace it. They did; however, it wasn't until 4 weeks ago when a torrential rain that drove the rain directly to the window exposed that they never sealed it. I awoke to the sound of rain coming into the downstairs through the fire alarm system. This has caused damage to the downstairs ceiling, the fire alarm system, and mold is now likely. They agreed to seal the window but refuse to accept responsibility for the damage their shoddy work caused. I intend to post reviews at every turn as well as pursue this company legally. I suggest that individuals looking for window replacements or installation avoid this company at all cost. I have pictures to show the lack of sealing, if requested.
