This is so bad it is almost humorous. They have had my tv for 4 weeks, with excuse after excuse why it wasn't repaired. Wrong parts, bad parts, no tech available to work on it etc. etc. Ok, maybe that was true. But no phone calls keeping me posted. When I called them, no matter what action they said they would do, they didn't do it. Here's the best: I was told on Wednesday it was finally fixed and told it would be delivered Thursday from 2 - 6. Guess what? They never showed up or called. Friday morning they called after I left a nasty message, and the girl said they ran out of time to deliver and should have called me. I said ok, are they on their way? And she said - ready for this? She said there was no one to deliver it today cause the techs routes were already full!!!!! I was shocked! Shouldn't they have said, we are sorry we didn't call or make it yesterday, but we will deliver it first thing today? Or are my expectations out of line? I was almost laughing in disbelief. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. more
