The company's main concern is for its profits, not for the properties or the owners or the tenants.
On the tenant side of things, their service through Sonoran Maintenance is slow and shoddy and often needs re-repairing. The people who answer the phone are unhelpful when they're at their best. Their tenant handbook conflicts with their lease agreement and they hold very firmly to the idea that ""if it's not in writing it doesn't exist"" so they will often make promises on the phone or in meetings with you only to deny it all later.
On the owner side of things, Rathbun overbills for services they've never actually done and for services they failed to do right the first time. As an example, Rathbun billed the owners of one house for over ten hours of cleaning that never took place (at $32/hour, by the way) and have refused to give the owners a copy of the contract the owners signed even though the owners have asked for it repeatedly.
No matter whether you're an owner or a tenant, this company is not the company for you. They have a high volume, profit driven business model that lacks respect for the tenants, the owners, the homes, and the law. Avoid them if you can.
