The operation of the Vision Clinic is highly inefficient and seems to focused solely on the bottom line. I left them years ago because they did not value my time, i.e. poorly appointment planning on their part meant 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room for me. And another time they couldn't get a message to me that my doctor went home sick? Also they run that horrible video trying to sell you their services again and again in the waiting room. I went back because they brought a new doctor on board that my family liked but after this week I'm done for good. For seeming to have many staff members they run a highly inefficient operation that is clearly focused on the bottomline and not the patient.
