My wife and I are the original owners of our home, where we have lived for 28 years. We have experienced many home repair/service companies during this period. On ocassion we would have a good experience. But I never felt that any of these companies really cared about our needs. Before I semi-retired in 2008, I was involved in an industry where customer service was a priority. Based on an internet search, I came across the Mr. Electric website. Having a background in sales and marketing I was impressed with it design. I called and made an appointment with a tech to come to my home between 8am and 11am. When Damian Martinez came to our home today-ON TIME- to initially give us a quote for installing 2 outdoor floods, I really did not know what to expect. I guess I was just hoping that the cost would be within our budget, and that the work could be done by the end of this week. All I can say is that you are very fortunate to have Damian representing your company. He was extremely professional and very personable. He surpassed my expectations. This was a wonderful first time experience with Mr. Electric.
