First, "appreciate" and "special" were spelled wrong in your email to me... (just fyi) Second, the environment is beautiful, and the people are friendly. I went in for a 1hr relaxation facial. Was told by my aesthetician that a glycolic treatment would be good for me, but that it would cost $5 more and be a 15 minute shorter appointment. I agreed, and THEN found out that with the glycolic treatment I don't get the hand and foot treatment! Would have liked to know that before I agreed, and still don't understand why it can't still be part of the treatment. Went in for a facial AND relaxation. The shoulder massage was good, though.
