I scheduled my appointment to get my teeth cleaned and possible filling. Once I arrived to my appointment there was alittle confusion between the two ladies working the front desk but I ignored it and sat down and waited to be called. I glanced up (because the chair is directly against the receptionist desk and noticed the lady behind the desk mention something to the hygienist, but once again I ignored the situation although it pertained to my visit. Once my name was called I entered the door and the lady at the desk asked for my payment to get my teeth clean, being caught off guard I paid and relized that she did not include a charge for my filing. I brought up the fact that I never paid for a service before I had the work done. In other words I will have my filing completed at another dentist office.
