Worst

1st visit dentist said invisalig would work for me. 2nd vist he denied he ever said that even when it was on the treatment plan he made. I was not satified.

Unexpected Pleasure 2/2/2012

I never expected to have a good experience at any dental office. Face it we go to the dentist when we have to the pain forces us into those places. The prices make the pain seem small. Yet, the ladies were happy and friendly, the assistant was pretty and very professional. The lady that told me the cost of things really seemed to care about me as a person and understand that the cost are as frightening as the drill. Thank You Sensible Dental you are wonderful!!!! more

Agree with other reviewer... Shame on manager! 2/1/2012

The assistants and dentist were very nice. The office manager was a different story! She was very rude and constantly talked bad about other people who had been there, about the ladies who worked there, and about the dentist. I could clearly see the ladies tried to avoid her ranting, but she continued. Very unprofessional on her part! You knew who her daughter was because she was the only person she talked good about. Everyone else was very nice & made sure I was comfortable. Kudos to the assistants for putting up with that. I will return, hoping she isn't on another rant again. I believe I will find another office that is more professional if I experience that again. more

SEXY DENTIST!!! 1/24/2012

I went in expecting another old guy with stinky fingers but I was surprised when Dr. Lin walked into the office. He is incredibly handsome and funny. I could barely stop staring at him long enough for him to work on my mouth! I am looking forward to coming back to see him soon! Maybe I can request a special procedure that would give us more time and maybe something that can relax us both! What a hottie! more

I was very satisfied with my recent appointment. Had basic dental work done. Doctor and Staff were very professional. Front desk ladies were very friendly. Only negative, had to wait for 45 minutes to be called to the back, but they looked super busy that afternoon. Thanks for your great treatment! more

Great Office 1/13/2012

I have made Sensible Dental mine. The total experience is first class. From the friendly ladies that make sure my insurance is up to date and get me processed in to the assistants that make me feel like family. To Tracy who worded carefully to be sure my temporary was pretty and fit well and Dr. Lin of course who made it all painfree in the chair. And Sarah made sure the most painful part of going to the dentist was less so. She made sure I understood the prices of everything and helped me get the interest free financing and made my total experience pain free. I have tried other dentist in town but they all were high pressure and expensive. Yeah, Sensible Dental is the choice of Sensible people. more

satisfied pt 1/7/2012

went when they where busy but they got me back fast. got my tooth pulled for a great price, love there late hours and sweet and knowlegable staff. My nurse really explained how to take care of my mouth to not to get a dry socket. will definatly continue comming here! more

Great dentist office 1/7/2012

Short waiting time, very pleasant staff. I disagree with the office manager review, she was very understanding and thorough explaining my treatment plan. Doctor was a little bit rude to his nurse, and he pressured me to get the more expensive work done before adressing my #1 area, but the nurse and office manager made me very comfortable and were actually concerned about my finances and dental needs. Will continue to go their and highly recommend. more

MULTIPLE TEETH EXTRACTIONS 12/31/2011

TREATMENT WAS GREAT. TEN MINUTES AFTER GIVEN THE MEDICATION, I WAS OUT. I DO NOT REMEMBER ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR MY SON HELPING ME OUT OF THE CAR AND WALKING ME INTO THE HOUSE, 3 AND A HALF HOURS LATER WOKE UP IN PAIN. more

Doc was great!!! Office manager was very rude to employees!! She was very arrogant and bossy!! Later saw her putting on makeup!! Staff were very pleasant, but seemed on edge when manager was around!! Need to send her to class on "how to treat employees with dignity and respect"!!! more

Great People, Great Place 12/13/2011

The staff was friendly, open and honest about everything. The dentist took time to explain what they were doing and why. I was given an extensive treatment plan and told what to expect every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Sensible Dental to all my family and friends. more

Most pleasant Staff 12/11/2011

I have never met a more pleasant staff. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and sweet girls. I came in for a check up. The nurse that called me to the back was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable, she struck up a real conversation with me and I forgot I was even at the dentist, that really made my experience there wonderful. You can tell that they really care about YOU as a person and not you as a patient. The doctor was very kind, and they really help if you have financial difficulties. more

I have to have ALOT of dental work. They did not judge me on my teeth. They treated me with respect and understanding. It was so pleasant (as much as it can be with dental work) to have them take care of me. I would like to tell them that how they treat people and how they talk to them is so important and means so much. Thanks again for being so wonderful. more

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL,I HAVE HAD A LOT OF BAD EXPERIENCES AT THE DENTIST IN THE PAST, THE MAIN REASON I DON'T FREQUENTLY MAKE OR KEEP MY APPOINTMENTS. DR. AND STAFF WERE NOT JUDGEMENTAL, AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH THE TREATMENT AND MADE FEEL COMFORTABLE. I LOOK FOWARD TO MY NEXT APPOINTMENT AND THE FINAL RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT AND PROCESSES. more

not afraid of the dentist anymore 12/2/2011

I've had one tooth pulled and 2 filled now. It took me 12 years to get the nerve to want to.go to the dentist but felt it was time to get the work done. I have no fear anymore due to the skill of the dentist in charge. thank you for using sensible dental technology and having a qualified support staff. more

My overall experience was great. The doctor took his time explaining the procedure he was about to do & the nurses & staff were nice. I was comfortable the whole time I was there. I would advice anyone that is in need of dental work to go see Sensible Dental. Not only do they do great work the prices are very reasonable. They do a great job! more

Friendly group 11/17/2011

I have had 2 visits with SD and each one has been very successful. The ladies behind the desk are friendly and knowledgeable and the dentist-he may not remember your face, but as soon as he looks in your mouth, he remembers your teeth. LOL Seriously, They have made going to the dentist a very decent experience and i plan to go back to complete my dental work. more
