Worst

1st visit dentist said invisalig would work for me. 2nd vist he denied he ever said that even when it was on the treatment plan he made. I was not satified.

The beginning of my visit woud recieve 3 stars and the end engagement with Sarah would receive a very positive 5 so to averav out I will mark 4 stars. Also Sarah when answering what was the crown made of made a not that I am alergic to nickle and noted that on the cost of service from. Will be in at 9;30 on September 12. Leora White more

Just after one visit here I was hooked. It was easy to get in, same day, the wait was short, and they were able to get me the partial that I have needed for years now. Exceptional people and service! more

The professional treatment I received from your Nelson Road office was outstanding. The office manager explained my needs clearly and helped me arrange a plan forward. I have never received this level of care. My input was requested and appreciated. more

I called every dentist office in town and found only one open. Not only was I able to come in as soon as I could get there but I was given first class treatment at a very sensible price. From phone call to walking out with my problem solve and a return appointment I was in and out in less time than my regular dentist leaves me in his waiting room. Thanks Dr. Lin and wonderful staff. more

Unexpected 7/30/2011

Unexpected to find a dental office inside Wal Mart. Unexpected the level of professionalism. Unexpected the level of technology and quality of equipment. Equally unexpected was the results of my free services. I was given a complete treatment plan laid out by Dr. Lin and his assistant and presented by Sarah. They were amazing and I was given a mini dental course to understand my treatment plan and payment options that allowed me to not use my high interest credit card. Thanks Sensible Dental Team for your Unexpected great dental experience. more

Great Work!! 7/28/2011

I work long hours and have a hard time getting into the Dental office. I would like to say that Frances the Hygenist was able to get me and did a very good job. I also was able to have all my fillings done in the same day by Dr. Lin. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. The assistant and front office staff people were very knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely refer all my friends in the construction field to give them a chance. Thank you all! more

I would love to tell u that my experience was wonderful. I felt very comfortable and very welcome. The staff was so kind and comforting. I do not like going to the dentist and they made it seem so easy. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Thanks everyone for all of your kindness and comfort. I plan to continue. Painless Root Canal! 7/26/2011

Dr. Lin had to do a root canal on one of my back teeth to save it. I was a little warry of the cost at first but now that the work has been done it was worth every penny! He talked to me the whole way through it and I didn't feel a thing! Can't thank him enough for his oustanding work. Will be back soon to continue work!! more

Strange experience 7/13/2011

Waited in lobby for over 30 minutes for my appt even though I arrived 5 minutes early; then put in 1 room, moved to another room, then moved to yet another room. Loud country music was piped into each exam room; Employees running around in frantic mode; lots of activity going on; not very relaxing experience, but everyone was very nice. more

First Visit 7/8/2011

As a walk in patiant, I was able to get and appointment with in one hour. They worked with me to pull and replace a front tooth. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpfull. The Dentist did and excellent job without pain. more
