I made the mistake of ordering twice from here. The first time, the food arrived cold, so imagine solid lump of daal, and solidified ghee on my entree.
Thinking I'd give them another try, I ordered again. Three hours late, still no food, and when I called, they refused to reimburse me saying I never ordered. when I produced my online ordering receipt they said that they lost the order, and finally hung up on me!
The food did arrive, but the next day. Only 24 hours late!
