I live in the neighborhood and i figured i'd try them out. The first time i called them for take out i was told the staff was at lunch and to call back at 5pm. When i called, it was 3pm. Setting aside how ABSURD the request was, I was far too hungry to wait 2 HOURS just to place my order. I also didn't care for the person's tone on the phone, but i digress.\r

About a month goes by and I think about ordering from Ghandi again. I figured that every restaurant has bad day. I was off from work on a Friday and tried to call them up for lunch since they have a lunch special on Chicken curry (and other things). When I placed my order I asked how much it'll be. Here's how the conversation went:\r
\r
Me: How much will that be?\r
G: $23\r
Me: What!? No, it should be like $17. Isn't there a lunch special?\r
G: Oh, well, you should have said you wanted the lunch special.\r
\r
WTF do you mean i should have said i wanted the lunch special? Why would i want to pay more!? It's such a sneaky thing to do and really unecessary. \r
\r
Finally, after getting the right price for the food, i completed the order and got it. After all that, the curry was flavorless and i got stiffed on the amount of rice I received. \r

If you want Indian food and you're close enough to order from Ghandi, don't. Meghna is right around the corner and they'll deliver to you as well. Not only that, they have GREAT chicken curry.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
