I have always shopped here for my text books in prior semesters while attending Lone Star and UHD, and never really had a problem. This semester on the other hand is much different, I had to have a textbook ""special"" ordered as they put it, but they ordered me the wrong one. And because it was a ""special"" order they will now not let me return it. They basically took 100.00 dollars from me. What a piece of crap, I would much rather spend more money on a text book and get the quality of service any student should deserve. They defiantly lost me as a customer. If it was possible to give no stars that is what I would give. Give me back my 100 bucks theifs.
