Seriously? this is the most unprofessional reply to a review ever. so they weren't happy but you are acting like it is a personal attack. It is business.treat it as such. Obviously hansen's does something right as you have been in business for a very long time. I personally do not like the frosting but the cakes are great. Really, blow her off and go on. I understand wanting to attack, believe me my husband has to pratically put a choke chain on me when someone criticizes our business, but you can kill with kindmess!
