my parents were visiting from texas, and scraped the underside of their cadillac on a couple of bad places in the road along the way. GM was too busy to see the car under warranty. on very short notice during the christmas/new year holiday week, wayne's made time to lift the car in the air, check out the underside, and let my father know that he could drive safely back to texas. AND DIDN'T CHARGE US.
