Our Samsung TV lamp died on a Sunday. Why did it have to be on a Sunday? We found Ableman TV & Electronics Service on Bing. The website listed the hours of operation Monday through Saturday. Next to Sunday, it read ""Call for Service."" My husband was skeptical; a burnt out bulb could hardly be considered an emergency - except when you have a three year old and a four year old - then it IS an emergency. When we called, Rex offered to go to the store, make sure he had the right bulb in stock and call us back. An hour later, I'm driving back to Newberg, Oregon with my new bulb. He also gave me some great tips and advice. What a nice man! I will gladly return to Ableman for my next TV purchase or bulb emergency - despite the 49 minute drive. Amazing service...who does that these days? WOW!
