well i had originally called another company to come out and they decide to blow e off cause their tech was running late so i called elite chemdry which i originally called weeks ago i just thought their prices where higher so i ended up going the cheap route which was worse any how elite chemdry manager came out and saved me becasue i was having family over that night and my carpets look horrible well they came clean and dried in 4 hours not 2 hours like he said but overall the service was great
