They did a good job but they didn't exceed my expectations. They are more a bargain-bin cleaning service that aren't up to par with some other more well-known cleaners

I have used other carpet cleaning services, but Rhino is the only one I will ever use from now on. I have used them twice now for my whole house. I have expensive white Berber carpet throughout. The tremendous advantage of Rhino is their machine. Compared to other companies, it’s like a Ford Shelby Cobra compared to a Fiat. At first, I used a popular company – not sure I am allowed to name them. I had sympathized with the kids trying to get stain areas clean(unsuccessfully). I figured that after all these years, the carpet just turned that color and nothing could be done about it. I was surprised when Rhino got all the stains out like it was nothing. The owner, Alex, will come out in person. This is his business and he takes interest in it. I am impressed that he has made improvements to his great carpet machine and has worked with the manufacturer. This is far different than having kids come over who are mainly interested in whipping out the job and getting paid. more

Fabulous 3/25/2011

"Fabulous" that is how my carpets and area rug now look. I have 5 dogs (yes I know I'm crazy), needless to say my rugs were badly stained and had an odor. Rhino Carpet Company arrived on time and cleaned my rugs down to the padding. I was thinking I would have to replace them, but now I can exxtend their life for at least another 2 years. I paid about $15 more then your average (Stanley Steamer), but I would rather pay additional for quality. Job well done!-Sincerly Christin, Avalon Park more

i had isaiah come out to do some tile cleaning i been living here for 10 yrs and have never cleaned my tile i started with him only cleaning my kitchen and ended up cleaning my hall and dining room as well because i cantruly say that the last time i saw my tile that speactacular was when i bought the house isaiah your wonderful more

chemdry is the best 3/14/2011

iv have been living in orlando fl 20 yrs and used to use ctr chemdry but i cant seem to find them anymore so i used elite chemdry after using the other ones in the area as well since i didnt like thier service but i decided to give chemdry one more shot before going to steam which i really didnt and elite chemdry showed me why just a heads up to anyone wanting to use a chemdry go with elite chemdry if you use any other one unfortunatly you will be disappointed and will miss out on a great experience which i have had for over 20 yrs more
