This is that realtor we were hoping to find!!!! Dave from Ideal Properties Group's Court Street location showed us a number of fantastic apartments in Cobble Hill. One was better than the other. He really listened to our requirements. Dave is remarkably nice! Very friendly, and he knows lots of local property owners which translates into some great inventory. We signed a lease last week and moved in today. My roomie and I couldn't be happier. Dave, we owe you at least one drink for pulling this one off!
