Everything you read negative about Express-Scripts is TRUE. They treat their employees with little to none of respect and use them to make their own profit. Give you hope of pay increases, then try and demote you. Set Metrics that are imposiable to meet, then critize you for not making it within their time frame,while your trying to fill out manual profiles(part of your job) and score you with SOS's (failure's) They look for mistakes You get all kinds of calls not related to your job,you have to take and you get back to back calls.Their medical and dental plans are horrible and hardly pay out on anything.Sales are pushed hard/ and down your throat/ regardless of the members plan. your scores are announced to everyone/via email.This place is Hell .Express scripts does not care for anyone but themselves.(Management profits from your hard work. If you do good in the numbers like I did and I was one of the top performers then co workers are jealous and backstabbing because ESI creates the hostility among each other. Express Scripts make it where you just can't take it anymore and you are force to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment. Don't work there.
