Motivation can waver while planking, doing jumping jacks, and other excruciating things to your abs, butt, thighs etc. IF (and that's a very very big ""if"") it wasn't for being on a world-famous landmark with a breath-taking view, and being cheered on by a friendly, funny blond who pushes you harder than you'd ever push yourself.
Ariane Hundt's Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp is not a one-time deal. It's an addiction. You feel amazing and empowered after. I went from hardly being able to run for a solid minute to running the length of the Brooklyn Bridge non-stop. I can also now do 100 jumping jacks at 6:30am without fainting--this would have been beyond uncharacteristic pre-Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp.
