The Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp has changed many lives, including mine. You get an hour long high-intensity interval training style workout and leave absolutely exhilarated. Ariane is an engaging trainer, does the entire workout alongside and makes the moves challenging from class to class. She is also a professional nutritionist and gives insightful yet practical advice that goes way beyond conventional diet methods. After just one class, you notice a spring in your step that comes from having accomplished something; after 3, the inches melt away; and after 5, your skin is better, clothes fit better and you get the toned, lean and chiseled look of an athlete.
