This was my first time using Kirkwood Electric. They came over when they were supposed to and did a good job. They did a lot of things that most companies probably wouldn't do, like giving us advice, making recommendations, and showing us ways to save energy. That was very helpful and now I have the information so I won't continue bad practices using certain appliances.
Some of the caps on our outlets had burned up because the original company that installed them had put the wrong caps on. Kirkwood Electric re-wrapped the wire and put the appropriate caps on. Everything is working fine now. They do a good job and get it done as quickly as they can. They also keep the work they've done in good condition.
