Kudos to Randy.We bought a used pellet stove from him 3 years ago.When it broke down he fixed it at no charge.The next year we decided to buy a new stove.We went to Randy.He gave us full credit for the old stove towards the new one.We had a couple of problems with the new stove.One was a humming sound . I can't remember what the other was but both times I called Randy and he told me how to fix it over the phone.Last night our new stove quit working.I called him this morning and he came to Reno this afternoon and fixed it.
