I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers. The vet seems quite nice, but is totally unengaged. You practically have to suggest your own diagnosis and treatment, then use the internet to make sense of the test results. If your pet is suddenly very sick, don't hold your breath waiting for your vet to call you back. Instead, a rude compassionless stranger will call you back, make you feel like a monster for not euthanizing your pet at the ER, and tell you to bring the pet in to do so, as "that's all we can do for you." What goes unsaid is anything even remotely helpful or kind. Is it too much to hope your vet would call you back personally and at least pretend to care that your pet is clearly dying? In such experiences, a voice of experience and trust is needed, not a compassionless scolding from a stranger! Congratulations-- I will never forget that horrible conversation. It must feel very gratifying, being so good at what you do.
