I had the Gym Source service department person come to my home to fix my treadmill and to make sure my exercise bike was working properly. I bought both pieces of equipment from the Newton store. He told me the bike was fine and recommended that I do a 'routine' repair, replacing the belt, during the next few months. He offered to order the belt and have someone replace it for me sooner than that. I agreed, and a month later a different service guy showed up and replaced the belt, and he left. The next time I tried to use the bike, I found that it was broken. There was no resistance at all. The service guy took a bike that was working just fine and made it unusable.
